Save by Using Less Water

Ever realize how much water you are “flushing down the drain” by literally flushing the toilet? We decided to cut down on the water usage with each flush by adding a glass quart jar to the tank of our toilet. One quart of water stays in the jar with each flush, which is one quart less that the tank has to refill.

With only 4 flushes, we are saving a gallon of water. We have never had problems with the toilet not flushing properly and are not only saving water, but money too!
