  • 1/4 cup, Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 cup, Sugar
  • 1/4 cup, Brown SUgar
  • 1/8 cup, Paprika
  • 2 Tbsp, Chili Powder
  • 2 Tbsp, Onion Powder
  • 2 Tbsp, Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp, Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp, Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp, Ground Ginger

  1. Mix ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Seal in airtight container adding a printable label.

Yields about 1 pint.
