One of our family's go-to meals are tacos. Actually, we love anything that is tex mex! We have dubbed Tuesday as “Taco Tuesday.” It's easy to prepare and my kids will eat it.

    I wish we could have tex mex at my house. Nobody except me will eat tomatoes so it is hard to make them at my house.

      Patricia, that stinks! I don’t know what I’d do if my kids wouldn’t eat tomatoes. We have something tomato-based every week!
