Ask for the Savings

The following Everyday Savings Tip comes from, Patty:

We recently visited the Build A Bear workshop. I had 2 coupons for $5 off a $25 purchase. My total was over $50. Even though the coupons stated “may not be combined,” I asked the clerk if she could honor both. She took them both! I have had the same luck with other retailers, such as Bath & Body Works.

Just because a coupon says “may not be combined with other offers” doesn't always mean that the reatialer won't allow you to use more than one. So don't be shy. It never hurts to ask for the savings!
