- Next, add a layer of guacamole, followed by a layer of sour cream, salsa, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, green onions and sliced black olives
- Garnish with a tortilla chip if desired.
Notes
Additional Materials:
- 9 oz clear disposable plastic cups
Notes:
- Keep dips stored in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Serve with tortilla chips
- Increase or decrease the amount of each layer depending on your preferences.
- The taco seasoning may be added to the sour cream instead; however, it will change the color and no longer be a bright white color in the layering
- This recipe makes full 6 cup servings. You can definitely use a little less of each ingredient and yield 8 cups that aren’t quite so full if you want to stretch this recipe a bit further.
- These can be prepared a day in advance. The guacamole should not turn brown as long as it’s pressed between the layers and there’s no air getting to it. If making in advance, skip the tortilla chip garnish and add it just before serving.
