Save Money on Postal Envelopes, Packing and Boxes
The following Everyday Savings Tip comes from, Carrie:
I haven't had to purchase bubble mailers or boxes for mailing things in years. I just save most of what I get in the mail and reuse them all. If you open them carefully they can easily be reused again and again. It saves money and prevents waste.
Also, old plastic grocery bags are fabulous to use to cushion fragile items. Just ball them up and use them to fill in the extra space.
I reuse a lot of what I get as well. Those bubble mailers are pretty expensive and saving them comes in handy! I also save the bubble wrap and plastic “air” packets. Ya never know when you'll need it!
