Save on Dry Cleaning Costs

The following Best Savings Tip comes from reader, Vickie:
I stopped getting my husbands shirts laundered at the Dry Cleaner. Six months of dry cleaning cost about $180.
I bought a can of spray starch for about $1, which lasts for about 6 months. I just set up the ironing board and iron while I am watching TV. I also noticed that his shirts seem to last longer now that I am doing them. Finally, we don't have to make special trips to drop off and pick up his shirts.
My hubby doesn't need a lot of stuff ironed. I'll be honest, I'm really glad too. There is something about me and a pleat that doesn't coincide! If he had a lot to get pressed, I'd have to take this advice and do it myself!
