- Wash the strawberries and let them air dry.
- Melt the white chocolate in the microwave following the directions on package. You can also melt in double boiler or in a sauce pan over a stock pot filled with boiling water.
- Place blue candies in a separate bowl.
- Dip each strawberry into the chocolate, roll in the blue candies and place on a tray.
- Repeat and place the tray in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. This will give the chocolate time to harden.
NOTE: Do NOT freeze the strawberries. Once thawed, they are gooey mushy mess.
