{Step 4} Dip each strawberry into the chocolate, roll in the blue candies and place on a tray.

{Step 5} Repeat and place the tray in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. This will give the chocolate time to harden.

{NOTE} Do NOT freeze the strawberries. Once thawed, they are gooey mushy mess.

Project Cost

You can pick up strawberries for $1.50-$1.99 for a pint. The blue candy decoration is about $.50 when you can find a sale or after the holidays.  They have a long shelf life so you can use for a long time. The baking chocolate will be the most expensive since it runs about $4.00 for a pound. The total cost will be around $6.50 but they will be so cute for entertaining!

Chocolate Tip from Bridgett:  I like to purchase Meijer'sBrand White Chocolate because it is easy to break apart if you do not want to use it all at once and it tastes really good I use it every year for several candy goodies that I make for my neighbors at Christmas. It will run about $4 for the 16 oz package and you will have some left over if you only use a pint of strawberries. It will go a long way!
