Tater Tot Casserole

This Tater Tot Casserole is super simple to make and can even be done in a crockpot if you’re short on time! I have included the slow cooker instructions below in the post.



  • 2 10.75 Cans, Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 8 oz, Sour Cream
  • 8 oz, Frozen Peas and Carrots
  • 1 Small Onion (diced)
  • 32 oz package, Frozen Tater Tots
  • 1 lb, Ground Beef
  • 2 Cups, Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9×13 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Brown the burger and onion and drain off the grease.
  3. Combine all the ingredients except the shredded cheese.
  4. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and evenly spread.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
  6. Cover the baking pan with foil and bake for 35-40 minutes or until heated through.
