I have long thick hair and it can take awhile to lather up with shampoo. I started turning the water off while shampooing and it has cut my water bill by nearly half! I also have a gas water heater, so turning the hot water off has made a difference there as well. It’s a really easy way to save on everyday bills that are unavoidable.
