Homemade Raspberry Whipped Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp, Sugar
  • 1 cup, Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp, Raspberry Extract
  • 3 drops, Red Food Coloring

Instructions

  1. Place a metal mixing bowl and your beaters in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  2. Remove and add the sugar, raspberry extract , food coloring, and cream to the bowl.
  3. With your mixer on low, beat the cream until it thickens and you have stiff peaks.
