For the Dip
- 2 Tbsp, Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp, Sour Cream
- 1 1/2 tsp, Ketchup
- 1/2 tsp, Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbs, Horseradish (drained)
- 1/4 tsp, Paprika
- Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
- Sea salt and Ground Pepper, to taste
For the Onion
- 1 large sweet onion, such as Vidalia, (about a 1 pound size)
- 2 1/2 cups, All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp, Cayenne Pepper
- 2 tbs, Paprika
- 1/2 tsp, Dried Thyme
- 1/2 tsp, Dried Oregano
- 1/2 tsp, Ground Cumin
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup, Whole Milk
- 1 cup, Water
- 1 gallon, Canola Oil (which can be strained and used again)
- Sea Salt and Ground Pepper
Combine all the dip ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate.
