Know where your coupon clipping sources are located and how fast the mail system is between you and them.
Often geographically closest is not the US-mail closest. Know how long it requires the mail system to get you mail from your clipper. If you need a coupon in a hurry, it may pay to get the coupon from the fastest source, maybe not the cheapest.
Also, knowing the clipper's location allows you to know if say the clippers area just had a big snow storm or hurricane, etc that might slow mail down and the delivery of your coupons.
