In a large bowl combine: oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, raisins, salt until well combined, be sure to break up any clumps of brown sugar or raisins.
Make a well in the center of your dry ingredients and pour in egg, oil, honey, and vanilla. Mix well with your hands.
Generously grease or line a 9 x 13 pan with parchment paper. Press granola bar mixture into pan right up to the sides, try to distribute evenly.
Bake for for 30-35 minutes.
Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes, cut bars to desired size. Do not allow to cool completely before cutting or they will be too hard and will crumble apart.
