I want to go to Yoga Classes but the only time I could go is in early morning before everyone gets up or at night after everyone is in bed. So, I found some FREE classes on line and had my husband hook my computer up to the TV and do Yoga in my living room.
Benefits: Exercise and ME Time, not being away from family, convenience, doing Yoga whenever it fits into MY schedule. The savings is at least $30 per week. At the minimum, $10 per session and gas and travel time, and not having to pay child care a the gym or at home.
