Make a patriotic treat with these Firecracker Fruit ‘n Yogurt Pops!

- 1 ¼ cup plain Greek Yogurt
- ¼ cup + 1 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
- 1 ¼ cup roughly chopped Strawberries
- 1 ¼ cup Blueberries
- 1 tsp. of Vanilla Extract
- 8 Dixie Cups or Popsicle Molds (we own these).
- Begin by roughly chopping strawberries in a food processor or chopper.
- Sprinkle 1 Tbsp. sugar over strawberries, set aside and allow to macerate (break down). Next, roughly chop blueberries, set aside.
- Mix yogurt, remaining sugar and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
- Begin by spooning a small dollop of yogurt into cup. Alternate fruit and yogurt until cup is full.
- Pop in a plastic spoon or popsicle stick and freeze for 3-4 hours.
