Would you like a chance to have a “Night at the Museum“? The Dayton Aviation Heritage National Park is having a free event this Friday, October 14, 2011 from 6pm-8pm. The free event will be held at the Wright Dunbar Interpretive Center.
You will have the opportunity to watch Dayton History come to life as you visit the museum after hours. They will have many activities that will be fun for the whole family and learn about the Wright Brothers and other key Dayton Historic Figures. Some of the highlights include:
- Scavenger Hunt
- Looking for Coded Messages
- Coloring Pages
Most activities are recommended for kids ages 6 and up with an adult. However, there will be a matching game and bean bag toss for younger kids. This sounds like a lot of fun and I can almost bet my boys would love this event. We will have to head down and check it out! Have you ever been?
