I have known Charles Baerman for six years and he has helped me to not only lose but maintain a 25 lb weight loss. He has taught me ways to ensure the proper nutritional balance of protein, carbohydrates and fats. For most of us, eating too much food is not the problem.  We just do not eat within every three hours and enough calories to sustain our blood sugars throughout the day. He will create a nutritional plan with foods that you enjoy, and you will not be eating cardboard. ;)

I have found that home workouts fit perfectly with my schedule and I can do them while the kids are home! Believe it or not, you can still get an awesome workout without using the big machines found at the gym.  Trust me, you WILL feel the burn by doing functional exercises along with using the resistance bands.

My kids love trying do the workouts with me and they are safe for them, too!  I think some of their favorites are jumping jacks, squats and racing me down the street.  It has been fun teaching them how to eat healthy and staying active together!  You can learn alot from Charles or any of his trainers!

    I have been working out with Miranda through my work as well as attending Charle’s nutrition classes. Love Miranda and the entire Baer Crew! They have transformed my stance on healthy living which has enhanced my life greatly! Would love to extend this life changing journey to a one on one experience.

    Baer Fitness is a great group of Trainers.
    Miranda set me up on a training schedule that worked perfect for my schedule.
    The food log and nutritional recommendations helped me track my food intake so that I was able to curb my sweet tooth.
    I love the recipes that Charles emails out.

    I trained once with Charles and loved it! I really could use a refresher course! Between 2 kids under the age of 5 and a full time job it’s hard for me to make it to the gym consistently but I’d love to have my ‘pre-baby’ body back!!!!

    Baer fit is the best. Really enjoy working out with Charles. He is constantly changing the workouts which help me from getting bored and doing the same thing over and over. Charles was also a great help after my knee surgery. He definately pushed me more than my physical therapists which helped in my recovery time.

    Baer Fit has been coming to our work…Miranda kicks us into gear a couple of times a week. We love it… and look forward to the challenges she gives us! We started out a small group and have grown because the motivation she gives us shows through and everyone is really noticing the changes in bodies around our office! Thanks for everything!!!     I just recently started taking medication for type 2 diabetes. I feel if giving the opportunity to work with a personal trainer it would assist me in achieving a healther lifestyle and being able to manage my diabetes. Through a personer trainer I would be successful in accomplishing my goals as it relate to my health which is to:

    1). educating myself on nutrition and portion control.
    2). decrease the amount of medication I take for diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
    3). Improving my BMI

    I try to never miss any of the boot camp classes with Charles. He really gives us a great workout and for the first time I actually see results with my strength and toning. I encourage anyone to try the classes, they are great!

    Charles and Amanda kick my butt but it has been so worth it. I feel better. It’s funny because I’m upset when I can’t make class. Who likes working out???Surprisingly I do now.

    I have been taking classes with Charles for years and with a cruise in my immediate future (November 26th) I need a kick in the butt to get ready for that and I know Charles is just the person to do that!!
