Copycat Recipe: Chipotle’s Corn Salsa and Mild Salsa

Chipotle’s Corn Salsa Ingredients

  • 16 oz frozen corn, thawed and drained
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and diced
  • 1/31/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Chipotle’s Mild Salsa Ingredients

  • 5 Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Stir all the ingredients together. Scoop on chips or use to top tacos, burritos or in burrito bowls.
  2. Stir all the ingredients together.  Scoop with chips or use as a topping on any Mexican meal.
