Copycat Recipe: Chipotle’s Corn Salsa and Mild Salsa

Chipotle’s Corn Salsa Ingredients
- 16 oz frozen corn, thawed and drained
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and diced
- 1/3–1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Chipotle’s Mild Salsa Ingredients
- 5 Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Stir all the ingredients together. Scoop on chips or use to top tacos, burritos or in burrito bowls.
