Back to a Menu Plan! I didn't plan last week's meals before my girls trip or when I got home. No plan left me scrambling each day with the “What's for dinner?” question. I'm looking forward to getting back to normal this week.

Easy dinner to start the week off. Monday's seem to be our busiest homework night. How about you?
Tuesday: BBQ Chicken Sandwiches, Cucumbers & Fruit

We bought a new gas grill over the weekend. Time to break it in!
Thursday: Coq au Vin alla Italiana
Do you always follow a recipe completely or sometimes just use it as a guide? I do more of the latter. I have never made this recipe with carrots, always use extra mushrooms and usually use boneless chicken breasts.
Friday: Homemade Pizza
Pizza will be extra easy this week. The dough is already made and in the freezer. Have you froze dough before? I have found that it thaws best if put in the fridge the night before it will be used.
Saturday: Breakfast for Dinner
Pumpkin Pancakes, Cinnamon Apples & Sausage sound like a perfect Fall breakfast for dinner!
This recipe can be made spicy or not depending on your taste. It's a family favorite!
