Here's what we're having for dinner this week. What's on your plan?

Monday: Leftovers

There have been way too many leftovers forgotten about in my fridge lately. We have more than enough in there now.  Everyone can take their pick at “what's for dinner.”

Tuesday: Sausage & Corn Chowder

I. Love. Soup!  It's one of the only reasons that I'm ready for cooler weather.  This chowder is extremely easy and very good.  You will see it on my menu plans quite often. Share your favorite recipes in the comments.  I'm always looking for new ones to try!

Wednesday: Pineapple Pork Chops, Brown Rice & Veggies

The $1.99/lb Boneless Pork Chops on sale at Meijer this week are on my grocery list.  The crushed pineapple and soy sauce in this meal make the pork so tender!

Thursday: Quick Chicken Cordon Bleu

When asked what he wants for dinner, my middle son always says Chicken Cordon Bleu.  I've tried several recipes and this is our favorite (and the easiest) one! Do you have a favorite recipe?

Friday: Chicken Nachos

Shredded chicken, cheese, black beans, tomatoes, sour cream and more all piled on top of a plate of tortilla chips will make me a pretty cool mom!

Saturday: Homemade Pizza

Pizza didn't happen last Friday night.  We gave in to a craving for wings!

Sunday: Tagliatelle with White Meat Sauce

Sunday's meal will be an all day process but oh so worth it!  I made this once before and everyone in my house loved it.  The sauce recipe is more than enough for 2-3 meals.  It freezes very well.
