Use caution. I purchased the coupon and was very excited for the opportunity to try Flavors Eatery for the first time. I called to find out what their hours are, got a message saying they are now open seven days a week and that they were open until 8:00 p.m. that day. We got there at 7:10 p.m., walked in and were told by a young man that they were closed and that the door shouldn’t have even been unlocked. We made a forty-five minute drive hoping to eat here. I’d heard the food is terrific but I’m not so sure about the service.

Ann, I’m sorry that you had a bad experience. Hopefully you will get to try again!

Ann, so sorry to hear about your bad experience. I have personally had a great experience when I have gone. It’s always been during the day though. They really should have done something for you since they closed early, especially if you made a long drive!

We went last night for the first time. I was all excited to use my Groupon that I had recently purchased along with the kids eat free on Monday nights. A word of caution to anyone else that may be planning to do the same thing – we were NOT allowed to use our Groupon in conjunction with the kids eat free night. For a family of four we only ended up paying about $18 plus tip, so it wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t as good as I had planned on and I was disappointed. Lesson learned – always ask/call before you go to find out if promos can be used together. (And as a side note, the food was delish. Service was a little slow as their was only one waitress and one cook.)

Jaime, thanks for letting us know that. Usually the offers have restrictions listed. I’ll need to check mine to see if that one was on there. If it wasn’t then I’ll be informing Groupon. I’m finding these businesses are adding restrictions after the sale of the groupon and that’s not allowed per Groupon’s terms. And it doesn’t make a loyal customer either :)
