Did you know that the Contemporary Arts Center in Cincinnati is Free every Monday after 5pm? The Contemporary Arts Center is one of the nations's oldest and most celebrated contemporary art institutions. It is a non-collecting museum devoted to presenting contemporary art from around the world.
Starting September 22, 2012-Janurary 20, 2013 the exhibit “Green Acres: Artists Farming Fields, Greenhouses and Abandoned Lots” will be on display. Also on display during the same time period will be “Image Machine: Andy Warhol and Photography.” I can't decide if I want to take the kids or go on a date night alone with my husband!
If you are visiting with your children (or even if you're not!), be sure to check out the UnMuseum on the 6th floor. The UnMuseum is a gallery of interactive art designed to offer children and parents an enjoyable experience with the most innovative art of our time. It was voted “Best in the City” in Family Fun by Cincinnati Magazine!
