Cincinnati Celtic Festival at Washington Park Sat & Sun 12pm-10pm

The Cincinnati Celtic Festival is at Washington Park this year! Come down to Washington Park on Saturday to enjoy live Celtic music and Celtic dancers. Celtic vendors will offer a range of merchandise and a variety of food options. Check the schedule for Saturday and Sunday for a full music line-up, starting with a parade on Saturday at 12pm!


Oktoberfest Party in the Street: Lawrenceburg, Indiana 6pm-11pm

Come to downtown Lawrenceburg tonight at the corners of Walnut & High Streets for the first annual Oktoberfest Party in the Street. There will be German food, beer, music and dancers!

Free Movie at Fleckenstein Park at Dark

Last Friday's showing of Journey 2 (rated PG) was rescheduled for tonight due to weather. Come set up your chairs just before dark, bring a picnic basket and some blankets to enjoy this movie in Deerfield Township!


Bridgewater Falls Safety Fair 11am-3pm

Come out to Bridgewater Falls on Saturday for the 7th annual Safety Fair. Exhibits will focus on personal, home and child safety with live demonstrations, simulations and hand-on displays. Over two dozen vendors and demonstrations will educate and entertain community members, including helicopter landings, a fire safety house, and a fire hose demonstration. Skydivers will be dropping in midday!

Safety Fair admission is Free and open to all ages.

Deerfield Township Touch-a-Truck Event 12pm-4pm

Bring your tykes to Deerfield Towne Center on Saturday for a chance to get up close with a variety of Warren County's emergency vehicles. Talk with Deerfield Township police and firefighters while enjoying an up-close experience with a fire truck, ambulance, mass casualty truck, SWAT truck, Sheriff patrol car, snow plow and more!

This event is Free and open to all ages.

Fountain Square: Live it Up Downtown 3pm-11pm

Live it Up Downtown is a sponsored event to promote living spaces available downtown. Property managers will be available to showcase a variety available residential living spaces. In the meantime, there will be a ton of fun and live entertainment going on on Fountain Square! The fun starts at 3pm with the Wump Mucket Puppets and mascots from the Bengals, Reds and Cyclones. The schedule rotates through such fun entertainment as the Cincinnati Flow Arts & Drum Circle Tribe, Hip Hop Beats, Swing with the CCM Jazz Ensemble and much more! Free Movie at Walton Community Park 7pm

Enjoy the last of Boone County's Free summer movies series at Walton Community Park this Saturday. The final movie will be The Smurfs! Bring your chairs, blankets and picnic baskets. Movie pre-show begins at 7pm.


Mason Arts Festival 11am-5pm

Come to the annual signature event of the Mason-Deerfield Arts Alliance this Sunday. You will enjoy the artwork of 120 local artists. In addition, there will be over 200 works of art of Mason school students on display. There will be a children's activity tent, food, demonstrations and more. The event is held at the Mason Municipal Building  at 6000 Mason-Montgomery Rd.

Taft Museum Third Sunday Funday: Over the River 1pm-4pm

Come celebrate our region's river culture this Sunday at the Taft Museum of Art. At 2pm & 3pm enjoy the performance “Fiddles and Flatboats” by musicians and storytellers Russ and Barb Childers. Play with traditional folk and Appalachian toys at the Art Cart. Go “fishing” in the garden, and make a folk art–inspired craft. Free cookies and lemonade will be available.
