This weekend is promising to be gorgeous! Don't waste it indoors, get out and enjoy an unseasonably cool August weekend!

Friday

Third Friday on Mulberry 5pm-11pm

Come to Lebanon tonight for the final Third Friday on Mulberry of the Summer. Enjoy food, drink and live music by The Roasters. This is a Free family-friendly event.

Night Hike at Campbell County Environmental Education Center 8:30pm-10:30pm

Meet inside for a presentation about nocturnal animals. Then go out for a hike around the interpretive trail to listen and watch for some active night animals. Bring a flashlight with a red light if possible. This event will take place Saturday night also.

Family Day at National Museum of the United States Air Force 10am-3pm

Celebrate National Aviation Day with free educational activities during Family Day at the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force on Saturday. Also celebrate Orville Wright's birthday which occurred 141 years ago on August 19th! Activities are appropriate for all ages, including “flying” in an F-16 simulator, building and flying foam gliders and playing Bernoulli Skee Ball. There will be a storytime program for younger visitors at 11:30am and again at 1:15pm that will feature stories of flight and include a hands-on craft project. Entry to the museum is Free on Family Day.

Couponing and Grocery Savings at Cincinnati Main Library 12:30pm-2:30pm

I would be amiss not to mention that Savings Lifestyle's very own Andrea Deckard is giving a Couponing & Grocery Savings class this Saturday at the Main Library in downtown Cincinnati. Please register so Andrea brings enough handouts.

Taft Museum Third Sunday Funday: It's a Zoo in Here 1pm-4pm

Take a self-guided tour to find animals in art, experience the textures of different animals at the Art Cart, make a funny animal puppet, and get your face painted like an animal! At 2pm experience “Wildlife Comes to You” with some real live animals from the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden!

Winton Road Story Celebration 2pm-4pm

Come to Winton Woods Winton Centre on Sunday to experience a simpler time, sharing pioneer stories, foods and survival techniques for surviving in the Ohio wilderness. My kids love this event and we love the staff at the Winton Centre!
