Ingredients

  • 2 packages of Angel Food Cake
  • Assortment of Fruit

Filling:

  • 1 can of crushed pineapple
  • 1 box of vanilla pudding
  • 1 tub of Cool Whip

Instructions

For the Filling:

  1. Drain the can of crushed pineapple.
  2. Dump the crushed pineapple into a bowl.
  3. Mix in the box of vanilla pudding. You can use any flavor of pudding. Depending on your fruit, you could match the flavors.
  4. Fold in cool whip.

Layer the Cake

  1. Place one layer of angel food cake slices on bottom of pan.
  2. Dollop filling to cover layer.
  3. Place layer of fruit.
  4. Repeat another layer of each.
