Have a portion of your paycheck directly deposited into yours savings account every pay period. Its an easy way to save, and after awhile you don't even miss it not being in your checking account.
This is a great idea. We have money going to our savings account with each paycheck. Does anyone else do this also?

I hve through my bank set up every paycheck-some goes into the savings account and then some in my x-mas fund- in october the x-mas fund is dumped into my checking acct and i’m ready to shop- i love it.
