Soul Snack: Then Sings My Soul Saturday

I shared in my Fat Burnin' Friday snack yesterday that this song motivated me to keep running when my mind was telling me to give up. This is an amazing song for working out because I totally feel like I can do anything!

I relate the song to my life because there have been times I have wanted to move. But, His hand will not let me go, no matter what I have done or will do. The song says, “I will make mistakes I will face heartache,” this is true in my life. In the past, I was moved by those things – moved in the wrong direction. Now that I have Christ “the solid rock,” I will NOT be moved because my faith in Him will keep my feet on solid ground!

I will not be moved…
Even if my mind is telling me to give up.
Even if I feel like I am far too gone.
When I feel like my sin is unforgiveable.
When the world wants me to move in the wrong direction.
NO matter what happens.

Christ died on that cross. He did not move, he followed His Father's will for His destiny. If he moved, I would NOT be able to move towards Him today.

I will not be moved!

Saw your comment on my blog. I appreciate it! Thanks for understanding and for stickin’ with me! This hasn’t been the best time lately. Not because the pregnancy is going bad – it has been good. Work has gotten more demanding and I am finding little time to just enjoy being pregnant with my first.
It was good to hear from you!
