Monetize Your Blog: New Affiliate Programs
There have been several new affiliate programs to help me diversify income and monetize the blog. I have been a member of each one for a while, but just haven't had anytime to share each one individually.

And, I haven't forgotten about the Begin to Blog series I started. There really is a lot more I want to share on that, but I need more time! One of those aspects will cover monetizing your blog, so at least sharing these new programs will give you a head start!

After months of our friends begging us to start a blog and help them find the deals, my sisters and I gave in and started a blog a couple weeks ago. I read that you use wordpress as well. I was reading that they do not allow ads on your blog unless you have some crazy amount of hits and they get in on any compensation. We just wanted to put ads in for some of our friends that sell things like Pampered Chef. Do you have to switch over to a .com and pay for them hosting in order to do this?
