Ingredients

  • Ziploc Bags, Gallon Size
  • Ziploc Bags, Pint Size
  • Ice (crushed worked best)
  • 1 tbsp, Sugar
  • 1/2 cup, Whole Milk or Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 tsp, Vanilla
  • 6 tsp, Rock Salt

Instructions

1. Fill the Gallon Size bag half full of ice, add the rock salt and seal the bag.
2. Put the milk, vanilla, and sugar into the Pint Size bag, and seal it.
3. Place the Pint Size bag inside the Gallon Size bag and seal it again carefully.
4. Shake, smoosh or toss the bags until the bag with the liquid looks thick like ice cream.
