How to Make Your Own Salt Scrub
Homemade bath salts are so easy to make! This epsom bath salt recipe can take on any scent that you prefer! Make the scrub with your natural essential oils.
Ingredients

- 1 cup, Body Oil (I used baby oil here)
- 2 cups, Epsom Salts or Sea Salt (I mixed them)
- Zest of (1) Lemon or 5-7 drops of your favorite Therapeutic Grade Essential Oil
- Mason Jar or (1) 3-Cup Container
Instructions
- Place 1 cup body oil and 2 cups Epsom/Sea Salt in bowl.
- Place the zest of the lemon into the bowl and stir. You can add essential oil here instead of the lemon if you want.
- Pour the ingredients into the jar and close tightly.
