Gift in a Jar: Cranberry Pecan Muffin Mix

- 3/4 cup, Chopped Pecans
- 1 cup, Dried Cranberries
- 1/2 cup, Light Brown Sugar (packed)
- 1 3/4 cups, All Purpose Flour
- 2 1/2 tsp, Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp, Salt
Instructions
- 1 Jar, Cranberry Pecan Muffin Mix
- 3/4 cup, Milk
- 1/4 cup or 1/2 stick, Butter (Melted)
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- Preheat oven 400 degrees.
- Grease 12 regular-size muffin cups.
- Pour contents of jar into large bowl.
- Combine milk, butter and egg in small bowl. Stir into jar mixture just until moistened.
- Spoon evenly into prepared muffin cups.
- Bake 16 to 18 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
- Cool for about 5 minutes and then remove from pan.
- Makes 12 muffins.
