Make a patriotic treat with these Firecracker Fruit ‘n Yogurt Pops!

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup plain Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ cup + 1 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
  • 1 ¼ cup roughly chopped Strawberries
  • 1 ¼ cup Blueberries
  • 1 tsp. of Vanilla Extract
  •  8 Dixie Cups or Popsicle Molds (we own these).

Instructions

  1. Begin by roughly chopping strawberries in a food processor or chopper.
  2. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp. sugar over strawberries, set aside and allow to macerate (break down). Next, roughly chop blueberries, set aside.
  3. Mix yogurt, remaining sugar and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
  4. Begin by spooning a small dollop of yogurt into cup. Alternate fruit and yogurt until cup is full.
  5. Pop in a plastic spoon or popsicle stick and freeze for 3-4 hours.
