Free Dayton Events: April 9-10

Here a few free things you can do around town this weekend!

Lowes Build and Grow Workshops: Sports Pinball at 10am

Bring the kids out to your local Lowes to build their own Sports Pinball Game.  You will want to register the kids at Lowe’s to ensure there get a spot for the project.  Each participant will receive the kit, goggles, apron, project theme patch and a certificate of merit upon completion.

Michael’s the Knack: Free Crayola Event Make it Take It at 10am-1pm

Come out your local Michael’s and try Crayola’s Neon Color Explosion to make a bright creation.  The Neon Color Explosion is five time brighter than normal markers on normal construction paper.

You will be able to try them out on some of your favorite  characters.  Toy Story and Tinkerbell are featured on the advertisement.    Recommended for children 3 yrs and up.

Michael’s the Knack: Free Easter Pail Event on April 10 from 1pm-3pm

Here is the chance for the kid’s to make their own Easter pail to hunt for upcoming Easter Egg hunts.  They can decorate a pail while supplies last.  I think this will be very popular so I would get there early.  This activity is recommended for children ages 3 and up.

Rave Motion Pictures: Despicable Me at 10am

Take the kids out to see a Free movie and earn mega Mommy brownie points! We do not do this often so this would be a nice treat and I love this movie! Usually we wait for Red Box or the library.

You can watch this move at the Huber Heights location.
