Dayton Free Events: January 14-16

Here are a few free events going on in the Dayton area this weekend.

Saturday, January 14

Lowe’s Build and Grow: Castle @10am

You will be able to build a castle that will include stickers, paperboard cutouts and a working drawbridge.  This is a free event but you will need to register to ensure your spot.

Each participant will receive apron, goggles, project themed patch, and certificate of merit upon completion.

Germantown MetroPark: Winter in the Woods @1pm

Bring the family out for a family adventure at Germantown MetroPark.  It is an interactive Scavenger Hunt and you will win a prize if you are able to complete the required number of tasks.  This is a free event and registration is not required.  They will be meeting at the Nature Center.

Dayton Mall Momtopia: Madcap Puppets @10am

Be sure to catch the Brothers Grimm as they perform versions form the The Fisherman and his Wife.  The kids will love the audience participation and the magical talking fish.

There will be freebies, character appearances, activities, discounts and a $50 Dayton Mall Gift Card.
