Coupon Workshop + School Supplies Drive

This weekend is a very busy weekend for local Cincinnatians!

First off, I am facilitating a free coupon workshop at the Lakota Hills Baptist church this Sunday at 2p. If you want to go through the Beginner’s Guide to Saving in real time, that’s what we’ll be discussing. Along with a few other goodies I throw into all the workshops I teach.

You can find more information about this event on the Upcoming Events page. It is FREE to attend, but the church is asking for donations of a school supply for a good cause!

Also, there is a School Supplies Drive for the Fairfield Local Schools. Several local bloggers saw a need, took action and now it’s all happening on Saturday starting at 9:30 a. The bloggers who coordinated this drive are:

Becky of Saving Bits and Pieces
Brianne of Just Trying to Save Money
Tosha of Savings Makes Cents
Becky of Nickels N Dimes

If you live in the area, you can drop off some school supplies to donate and receive a “Thank You” bag. There are some fabulous sponsors helping as well, several are brands/companies I talk about a lot like Subway, Kroger and Target. The entire list of sponsors, and additional information, can be found at Saving Bits and Pieces.

I’m so proud of their hard work and hope they have a huge turnout! We have football this weekend or else I’d be there to show my support!
