Cincinnati Zoo | Zoo Babies & Free Admission for Moms

It’s time for Zoo Babies at the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Gardens! This year’s babies include a Florida manatee, a white-handed gibbon, little penguin, bonobos and others.  Plus there’s Zuri!!  The baby giraffe was born just a little over a month ago.  My family and I saw her through a window 2 weeks ago.  She is so cute! Weather permitting, she can now also be seen exploring her outside surroundings.  Look for the six-foot tall pink and blue stork statues to help you find Zuri and the babies all over the zoo.

What better time could there be to visit the new little one’s, and their mom’s too of course, than Mother’s Day?  This Sunday, May 8th, all Mom’s will receive Free admission to the Cincinnati Zoo.  Hopefully the weather will cooperate for a fun outside day!

Single Day Ticket prices for zoo cost:

  • Adults – $14
  • Children ages 2-12 – $10
  • Seniors – $10

Plus this weekend families can enjoy Storybook Fun with Clifford the Big Red Dog.  Take part in songs, games, storybook readings and fun dances at the Wings of Wonder Theater.  Show times are 10:30, 12:30 & 2:30 on both Saturday, May 7th & Sunday, May 8th.
