Cincinnati Free Weekend Events 5/4-5/6 Flying Pig, Cincy-Cinco + More!

There is a lot going on around town this weekend, including several great events in downtown Cincinnati! Prepare to head to the city for one or more of these events!

Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon: May 5 & 6

You don’t have to be running in any of the events to come downtown and join in the spirit of the Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon! Spectators are a BIG part of the Pig! Our family has been involved in several events over the last few years. This year I am not participating due to a back injury, but I wouldn’t miss the event for anything! This year my husband is doing the Relay, one of my piglets is doing the 5k and the other piglet is doing the Kids’ Fun Run.

Here is a complete schedule of events.

Cheering on runners from different points along the course is fun, seeing people achieve their goals when crossing the Finish Swine is inspiring and at times tear-jerking. I highly recommend arriving at the Finish Swine by 9am on Sunday morning at least, if you don’t make it down on Saturday. Aside from cheering, some events you may want to attend are:
