The Butterfly show at Krohn Conservatory is one my family’s favorite annual events.  We’ve taken our boys several years. They had just as much fun last year as they did when they were very small.  If you’ve never been, make it a must do family outing this year!  Look for the sponges soaked in sugar water.  Put a little on your finger or hand.  A butterfly just might land for a snack.

The Butterflies of Brazil opens this weekend, April 16th, and runs daily from 10 am – 5 pm through June 26th.  Ticket prices are: Adults – $6, Seniors – $5, Children 5-17 – $4 and children 4 & under are Free. Of course there are some ways you can save!

• Use a coupon to save $1 per ticket for the Butterfly Show. Print one for each person in your family/group.
• Plan to visit the show more than once?  Purchase a collectors pin for $10 (plus $3 S&H) and receive unlimited entry for this years show.  Pins can be purchased at the show.
• Purchase a Family Pack good for admission for 2 adults and up to 6 children for $20.

You also won’t want to miss the Butterflies of Brazil welcome to Cincinnati on Fountain Square this Friday, April 15th.  Many people will be there to attempt to break the world record for the largest Samba Dance with a flash mob “Samba on the Square.” Wear a blue, yellow or green shirt and join in!
