Freezing Meats in Marinade

Welcome to the first installment of in 80 seconds!!

I share quick tips and benefits to freezing meats in marinade. I can always tell a difference with the juiciness of the meat if it has been frozen in the marinade. BTW, this is what I normally look like everyday, minus the apron of course!

Any other tips on freezing meats in marinade? Have you tried it?

Also, I'll share the homemade marinade recipe too! I took a few pictures that day and just haven't posted them yet.

    I’ve never marinated before freezing, but think it’s a great idea and will try it out.

    I’ve been marinating meat and freezing for years, it’s a great idea to have seasoned meat waiting for you at the end of the day.
    For those of you who wish to marinate, you can pretty much use any of the free/cheap salad dressings that we get after coupons :) or you can use any dry seasonings (onion soup mix, mccormicks, taco seasoning. etc) + small amt of oil + an acid (vinegar, lemon juice) to create a marinade. Enjoy!
