Homemade Clorox Wipes

I love the way antibacterial wipes, and Clorox in general, cleans and leaves everything smelling super clean. Maybe too clean, is that a thing? The odor is horrid and is definitely not good for you or you little ones to be inhaling. I think after about 4 or 5 attempts this “recipe” is the best! I also like to add a few drops of essential oil to all my homemade cleaner recipes to boost the smell, a small bottle goes a really long way.

Homemade Clorox Wipes Ingredients

  • Plastic Airtight Container
  • Old T-Shirt Scraps (cut about 6×6)
  • 2 cups, Water
  • ½ cup, Rubbing Alcohol
  • ½ cup, Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp, Dawn Dish Soap
  • 8-10 drops, Essential Oils

Antibacterial Essential Oils (purchase here)

  • Tea Tree
  • Lavender
  • Oregano
  • Lemon
  • Peppermint

Homemade Clorox Wipes Directions

  1. Combine all wet ingredients in your container, stirring or shaking well to combine all ingredients.
  2. Place your t shirt “rags” in container, squeeze, turn, and stir them around so that they will all be damp. You may want to cut the liquid recipe in half if you have a smaller container.

Make a batch, try them out and let me know what you think.
