Homemade Whipped Cream
Some things just taste better homemade and whipped cream is one of those things! Not only is it yummy, it’s healthier for you than purchasing store-bought. You know what’s going in it and can control all of the ingredients.
Homemade Whipped Cream Ingredients
- 2 tbsp, Sugar
- 1 cup, Heavy Cream
- 1 tsp, Vanilla Extract
Homemade Whipped Cream Directions
- Place a metal mixing bowl and your beaters in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Remove and add the sugar, vanilla, and cream to the bowl.
- With your mixer on low, beat the cream until it thickens and you have stiff peaks.
