Freeze Leftover Veggies

The following Everyday Savings Tip comes from, Denise:

When I have left over vegetables such as corn, green beans or peas instead of putting them in the fridge as leftovers nobody will eat, I dump them in a container or old butter dish and freeze them. I then use these left over veggies in my vegetable soup I make every winter and it helps cut down on the amount of frozen veggies I have to buy to make my soup.
