I’m gonna cut right to the chase. Have you heard of Strawesome? They are seriously AWESOME with a capital “A”! I use straws on a daily basis. I find that I actually drink more water when I drink through a straw. But I don’t like the skinny straws so I’ve been spending more money on the wider straws (similar to the size of those at McDonald’s – they hold more in one straw).

Strawesome straws are reusable glass straws. If you were like me when I first heard of them, I thought I’d get a drink and a shard of glass. Not the case (duh, that would be really bad). Strawesome straws are hand-made in the company’s Michigan workshop. Their motivation for making these awesome straws came from a commitment to health with less exposure to toxins in plastic straws. I never even think to use straws. It does seem like a grand idea though.
I use straws pretty much every day, but my water cup has a built in re-useable straw which is great. I bought the cup specifically for that since like you I drink more water if I have a straw! It sits on my desk at work and I drink so much more water that way. At home I use straws too, more than I would like considering the environment so this looks like an awesome product! I will check them out.

I love using straws and always have them on hand. When I drink pop, I ALWAYS have to have a straw, just can’t drink it out of a cup. :-)

My son loves to use straws (and I do too) but I always forget to buy them and also think of them as being wasteful since you throw them away afterwards. This is a really great idea!!

I use straws everyday and like you, I also love the bigger straws!
I rarely ever use straws because it seems such sn unecessary expense and all that plastic… ,but do have one box of them that’s been on the shelf for awhile and we’ll take them out for special treats like with homemade watermelon frosty or something like that.
I love straws as my teeth are sensitive to ice. I also think straws are wasteful. And how many times do you go through a drive thru and they do not give you straws?

We rarely use them at home, even though we have a whole pack. The kids just end up chewing them now. But that would be hard with glass ones! I love the big ones for thick milkshakes…yum!!
