Slow Cooker Italian Beef Ingredients

:: Beef Chuck or Sirloin Tip Roast, 3-5 pound
:: (1) Louie’s Italian Beef Seasoning package, 3 oz
:: Water

Slow Cooker Italian Beef Cooking Instructions

1. Add the seasoning pack and water to your slow cooker. Mix well.
2. Place roast in the pot and add enough water to cover the roast.
3. Turn on high and cook for 6 hours.
4. Shred the meat in the pot and gravy mix. Serve on french rolls.
