  1. Would love to try the cookie recipe, however, does it only include those 3 ingredients?

  2. I’m with Melissa, is it only those 3 ingredients or is something missing?

Yeah I made this recipe for dessert last night and I actually baked them for 30 minutes bc they weren’t done at 10 minutes. 30 minutes later they kind of were done I think, but they never changed form from the scoops I put them in and they crumbled like sand and weren’t very good at all. Either I did it wrong or something is missing…

    1. Stephanie, I haven’t personally made them myself yet but a few other recipes called for just the three ingredients too and only 8 minutes. Some folks added a few tbsp of flour which defeats the whole flourless cookie recipe but you could try that too.

  4. You are missing an Egg. Most of these recipes read 1 egg, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup p.b. Some add a little baking soda (1/2 t). I have never added that and some add vanilla (1 t.) and I typically don’t add that either. 10 minutes is right. I do use different types of butter though like almond – love them.

  5. I’ve always added an egg. It keeps ingredients together. :)
