As T and I stopped to get a gift card for his friend last week, I saw the sign for this promotion! And as I pulled out my phone to take a picture, he rolled his eyes and said, “Mom!!” :) Just so you know, I help you save and embarrass my son in the process. I’m hoping these aren’t long-term scars!

Either way, I’m glad this promotion has returned, especially when we have several gift cards to purchase for school ending! Here are the details which are also in today’s ad:

Valid between 5/23/2011 – 6/19/2011
Earn 4x Kroger Fuel Points with Gift Card Purchases.
Excludes the following cards:

:: Green Dot Prepaid Products,
:: MoneyPaks
:: 1-2-3 Rewards Reloadable Visa
:: American Express, Visa and Mastercard Load Gift Cards

Given those exclusions I’m assuming all others are included unlike the last quadruple fuel points promotion ^[2]? If you are going to purchase gift cards just for this promotion, I would suggest asking if a specific value is included if they aren’t marked clearly. Unfortunately once you buy a gift card, you cannot return or exchange them.
