Don’t Spend a Fortune on Valentine’s Day

Over at the Home Economics blog, I shared a few ways you can spend less on your special valentine next week.  I shared some of these in my WDTN segment last week too (so if you saw that, be sure to read my post above!).

While I certainly DO appreciate diamonds and jewelry charms (hon, if you read this..wink wink), there are several ways that I would appreciate just as much that wouldn't cost anything for Valentine's Day.

Side note, the above cards are a picture of actual cards my husband has sent to me over the past 18 years of our relationship. Some are from the first year we dated while Paul was in the military. We have such a unique love story :)
