I have been to the Lebanon theater once. The only time we visited, our entire part (of just 5 ladies) couldn't see the same movie because the theater was full. It's really small but I'm guessing it's best to go on the release day, possibly. And, it doesn't require a subscription. As well as, it has most all the latest movies out, if not right away within 2 weeks of release.
